.:cyclic love:.

There's a girl I often think about
One I can't stand to be without
She's perfection in my eyes
And sends my heart soaring to the skies

A girl with whom I'm intertwined
Friends and more combined
Yet there's a problem between us
One that we never discuss

Never crossing that invisible line
A step across and she'd truly be mine
We stand before it and only stare
It's hard to know why I still care

Unable to give up and just move on
This line only stood by and looked upon
Yet one of us will try to take a step then
But the other makes us start over again

Back and forth in an endless game
One that takes a one word name
Love is the game, and we cannot win
But giving up would feel like a sin

The world sees the two of us together
Yet we won't join hands and take the other
So I've got a simple question for God above
As to how we'll end this Cyclic Love
